According to Tribute.ca, 17-year-old Andrew Conley has been charged as an adult for the killing of his 10-year-old brother.  When questioned about the incident Andrew told police that he “just felt like” Dexter, from the Showtime show of the same name. Andrew killed his brother by choking him until he bled, then putting a plastic bag over the boy’s head, using electrical tape to secure it around his neck. After making a stop at his girlfriend’s house, Conley dumped his brother’s body in a wooded area.

There's one thing this young deranged individual obviously missed about the television series Dexter. Dexter kills very very bad criminals.  He doesn't go around killing innocent younger brothers.
