Variety is reporting that FilmNation Entertainment and A Bigger Boat are joining forces to finance and produce a film entitled "House at the End of the Street," a psychological thriller based on a story written by Jonathan Mostow.

The film is scheduled to be scripted by David Loucka with Mark Tonderai Directing. Producing will be A Bigger Boat's Peter Block and FilmNation's Aaron Ryder, Mostow and Hal Lieberman.

The film is described as a thriller in the vein of "Psycho," aimed at a contemporary young audience. Hmmmmm teen thriller in a house. Doesn't sound too interesting but they might surprise me.

Production is slated to start later in 2010.
